July 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how House of Leyli ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit https://www.houseofleyli.com, purchase our teas, or book a meditation experience (collectively, the "Services"). It is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.
1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect information about your device, browser, IP address, and how you browse or interact with the Site ("Device Information"), using cookies, log files, and similar technologies. When you purchase our teas, we collect your name, billing/shipping address, payment information, email, and phone number ("Order Information"). When you book a meditation experience, we collect your name, contact information, and booking details ("Booking Information").
If we ask you to confirm you don't have a medical or mental health condition that would make participation unsafe (or that you've obtained professional clearance), please share only a yes/no confirmation — we don't ask for or want details of any specific diagnosis. Device Information, Order Information, and Booking Information are together "Personal Information."
2. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use this information to fulfill orders and bookings, process payment, communicate with you, screen for fraud, improve the Site, and — where consistent with your preferences — send you information about our teas, meditation experiences, and mindfulness practices.
3. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share Personal Information with service providers who help us run the Services: Soul (booking and scheduling for meditation experiences), Shopify (e-commerce and payment), and Google Analytics (website analytics). We also share information as needed to comply with the law or protect our rights. We do not sell your Personal Information.
4. COOKIES AND DO NOT TRACK
We may use Device Information to serve ads or marketing we think may interest you. Learn more or opt out of some targeted advertising via the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
5. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS, INCLUDING FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
You may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA specifically gives you the right to:
-
know what personal information we've collected, used, or disclosed about you, and why;
-
request deletion or correction of that information, subject to certain exceptions;
-
opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell it, and don't knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond what's described above); and
-
not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@houseofleyli.com. We may need to verify your identity, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request.
6. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
We keep your Order and Booking Information for as long as needed for our records, or as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our Services are intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us so we can delete it.

OVERVIEW
This website is operated by House of Leyli ("we," "us," "our"). We are a company registered in New York. Throughout the Services, "we," "us," and "our" refer to House of Leyli. We offer this website, located at https://www.houseofleyli.com (the "Site"), including all information, tools, teas, and meditation experiences available from it (collectively, the "Services"), conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions ("Legal Terms").
By visiting the Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Services and agree to be bound by these Legal Terms, including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. Please read these Legal Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree to all of these Legal Terms, you may not access the Site or use the Services.
Our meditation experiences are wellness offerings for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatment or therapy, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
We may update, change, or replace any part of these Legal Terms at any time by posting the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date. It's your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted means you accept them.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 may not use or register for the Services. You can contact us by email at info@houseofleyli.com.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws. You must not transmit any viruses, worms, or other destructive code. A breach of these Legal Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the Services.
If you plan to participate in a meditation experience, you confirm that you do not have a medical or mental health condition that would make participation unsafe, or that you have obtained clearance from a qualified professional to participate.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
We (or our licensors) own all content on the Services, including text, graphics, photos, designs, and trademarks (the "Content" and "Marks"). Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Services and to view, download, or print Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services or Content without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted remain ours.
If you send us feedback, questions, or suggestions about the Services, you agree that we may use them freely, for any purpose, without compensation or attribution to you.
The headings used in these Legal Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.
3. ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information on the Services is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Content is provided for general information only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision — any reliance on it is at your own risk. We may modify the Site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on it, and it's your responsibility to monitor changes.
4. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICES AND PRICES
Prices for our teas and meditation experiences are subject to change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, or any part of them, at any time without notice, and we won't be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.
5. OFFERINGS
We try to accurately describe our teas and meditation experiences, but we don't guarantee that colors, descriptions, or other details are error-free, and your screen may not perfectly reflect a product's actual appearance. All Offerings are subject to availability, and we may limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction, limit quantities, or discontinue any Offering at any time, at our sole discretion. We do not warrant that our teas or meditation experiences will meet your expectations.
Meditation experiences may be modified, rescheduled, or cancelled at our discretion — for example, due to low enrollment or facilitator unavailability.
6. FDA COMPLIANCE AND HEALTH DISCLAIMER
FDA COMPLIANCE: The statements and products on the Services have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our teas are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or condition. Any product descriptions relate solely to general wellbeing and traditional uses of tea and botanical ingredients, not medical or therapeutic claims.
NO MEDICAL ADVICE: Nothing on the Services, in our packaging, or communicated by our staff is medical advice, diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. It's for general informational purposes only.
CONSULT A PROFESSIONAL: Speak with a qualified healthcare provider before using our teas, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or under 18. Reactions to botanical ingredients vary — you are responsible for reviewing ingredients for allergens or sensitivities.
Your use of, and reliance on, our products and any related information is at your own risk. If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use and seek medical attention. This section supplements the general disclaimer in Section 16 below.
7. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING AT EVENTS
We may photograph, film, or record meditation experiences, classes, or other events we host (each, an "Event"). By attending, you agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded, and that we may use, edit, publish, and distribute such photos, video, or audio — for marketing, social media, our website, or other promotional purposes — without further notice or compensation to you.
If you'd rather not be photographed, let our staff know at the start of the Event; we'll make reasonable efforts to accommodate this, though we can't guarantee you won't appear incidentally in group or wide shots. If you'd like a published photo reviewed or removed, contact us at info@houseofleyli.com; we'll consider the request but aren't obligated to pull already-distributed materials.
8. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order or booking, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased or bookings made per person, household, or order — including orders placed under the same account, payment method, or billing/shipping address. We may attempt to notify you by email or phone if we change or cancel an order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information, and to promptly update it — including your email address and payment details — so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, and all payments are in US dollars.
9. RETURN POLICY
Please review our Return Policy, posted on the Services, before making a purchase. Meditation experience bookings may have separate cancellation and rescheduling terms provided at the time of booking.
10. OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may give you access to third-party tools on the Services — for example, a booking or scheduling tool for meditation experiences — that we do not operate, monitor, or control. These tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, and we have no liability arising from your use of them.
Any use of these optional tools is entirely at your own risk, and you should review the relevant third party's own terms before using them. We may offer new tools or features on the Services in the future, and those will also be subject to these Legal Terms.
11. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
The Services may include content from, or link to, third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content or accuracy, and we have no liability for any third-party materials, websites, products, or services. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk, and these Legal Terms no longer apply once you leave the Services. Please review any third-party site's own terms and policies before engaging in a transaction there.
12. REVIEWS AND USER CONTRIBUTIONS
If we provide a way for you to submit reviews, comments, or other content ("Contributions"), you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use them in any medium, without compensation to you. We're under no obligation to keep any Contribution confidential, to pay for it, or to respond to it, and we may (but are not obligated to) monitor, edit, or remove any Contribution we determine to be unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
You are responsible for making sure your Contributions are accurate and lawful, and don't infringe anyone else's rights or violate any third party's privacy or intellectual property. You retain ownership of your Contributions, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display them in connection with the Services.
13. PRIVACY POLICY

14. ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these and to change, update, or cancel orders based on inaccurate information, at any time and without prior notice, including after you've submitted an order. We have no obligation to update or clarify information on the Services except as required by law.
15. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
In addition to other prohibitions in these Legal Terms, you agree not to use the Services:
-
for any unlawful purpose, or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts;to violate any applicable regulations, rules, or laws;

-
to submit false or misleading information;
-
to upload viruses or other malicious code, or to scrape, data-mine, or use bots or other automated means to access the Services; or
-
to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Services for violating any of the above.
16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and Services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall House of Leyli, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors harmless from any claim or demand — including reasonable attorneys' fees — made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Legal Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
18. TERMINATION
These Legal Terms remain in effect unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may stop using the Services at any time. If we determine, in our sole judgment, that you have failed to comply with any part of these Legal Terms, we may terminate this agreement and deny you access to the Services at any time, without notice, and you'll remain responsible for any amounts due up to the date of termination.
19. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there. Any claim related to the Services must be brought within one (1) year after it arises.

21. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that electronic communications, records, and signatures satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
22. MISCELLANEOUS
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Legal Terms is not a waiver of it. If any provision is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. These Legal Terms, together with any policies posted on the Services, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services, and supersede any prior agreements or communications. We may assign these Legal Terms at any time; you may not assign them without our consent. Any ambiguity in these Legal Terms will not be construed against the party that drafted them.
